Valet service is the sole parking option for stays less than 21 days, with a daily valet fee of $48. For stays of 21 days or more, residential parking is available for a $160 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay. The valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but excluding trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Luggage storage is available with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Check-in is strictly from 4 pm to 10 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a charge of $100 per missing item. Visitors and guests are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. Unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
