Valet is the only available parking option with unlimited in and out access. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. For 10+ nights, please inquire. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs. Building management has strict occupancy rules: 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking, the guest will be charged the whole amount of the security deposit. Check-in is strictly from 4pm to 10pm and is done by us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you are arriving after 10pm, notify us immediately. The check-out is at 11am. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Missing streaming devices or remotes from the apartment after your departure will incur a charge of $100 per missing item. We are not responsible for any items left behind. Visitors and guests are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. No visitors are allowed for any reservations shorter than 28 days. Unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. Includes a dedicated workspace and 400Mbps Wi-Fi.
