On-site gourmet dining options are also available. At The Grand, valet service stands as the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days. If you are staying 21 days or more, residential parking is available for a $160 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay. Parking requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. For reservations less than 21 days, opt to pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval. Non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund. Depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements include former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed. The apartment has strict occupancy rules allowing 4 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo, only on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking, a charge equivalent to the whole amount of the security deposit will be applied. Check-in is strictly from 4 pm to 10 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a charge of $100 per missing item. Visitors and guests are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. Unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
