It's just 10 minutes to Miami Beach, 2 minutes to Wynwood, and 10 minutes to Brickell and Downtown. The bright condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a queen-size bed in the first bedroom, two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, a washer and dryer, ironing equipment, and one assigned parking spot. Parking is included in the price of the stay, but vehicles must not exceed 6.8 ft. The building charges a non-refundable fee of $50 per person or couple, payable with a credit card only upon check-in. There is a $50 per guest registration fee that has to be paid at the front desk for adults. As a guest, you get full access to the pool, gym, outdoor barbecue area, and one free assigned parking spot. The parking will only fit regular-size cars, and oversized vehicles won’t have space to be parked. The property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. The building is centrally located in Midtown Miami, placing you steps from the restaurants, bars, and shops at Midtown Miami. It's within 5 minutes of the luxury shops and restaurants in the Miami Design District. By car, the Midblock condominium is 3 minutes from Wynwood Miami, 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport, and 18 minutes from South Beach. Washcloths are not included, so bringing any extras you may need is recommended. For the security of the building, only one set of keys is provided. All visitors after 11:00 pm are subject to an additional $50 fee. Luggage storage services are not offered, so planning accordingly for your arrival and departure times is necessary. Out of consideration for the community, loud music, parties, or any excessive noise is not permitted, and violating this rule may result in fines by the building.
