This apartment is located in a modern building with all the necessary amenities, including a rooftop pool, an outdoor barbecue area, a fitness center, concierge service, and covered parking. Situated in the heart of Midtown, you are within walking distance from shopping centers, stores, and restaurants, and just 10 minutes to Miami Beach, 2 minutes to Wynwood, and 10 minutes to Brickell and Downtown. Our bright condo can comfortably accommodate up to six people. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a king-size bed in the first bedroom, a full-size bed and a full sofa bed in the second bedroom, a sofa and TV in the living room, a washer and dryer, ironing equipment, and one assigned parking spot. Parking is included in the price of the stay, with vehicles not exceeding 6.8 ft. The building provides charging stations for electric vehicles, which require a reservation through Building Link or directly with the front desk staff. There is a $50 per guest registration fee that must be paid at the front desk for adults. The building is centrally located in Midtown Miami, placing you steps from the restaurants, bars, and shops at Midtown Miami, and within 5 minutes of the luxury shops and restaurants in the Miami Design District. By car, the Midblock condominium is 3 minutes from Wynwood Miami, 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport, and 18 minutes from South Beach. The parking will only fit regular-size cars, and oversized vehicles won’t have space to be parked. The property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. Washcloths are not included, so bringing any extras you may need is recommended. Only one set of keys is provided for security reasons. All visitors after 11:00 pm are subject to an additional $50 fee. Luggage storage services are not offered, so plan accordingly for your arrival and departure times. Out of consideration for the community, loud music, parties, or any excessive noise is not permitted, and violating this rule may result in fines by the building.
