The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. Initial supplies of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are provided, but replenishment is not included. Washcloths are not provided. ICON rules include no noise in hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM, and a dress code requiring shirts or cover-ups in common areas.
