A rental vehicle or Uber-Taxi is recommended for the Naples area as public transit is limited. Pool & Spa heating: **Short/Mid-Term Rentals ONLY. Annual Tenants pay water & electric utilities already. We charge a flat fee of $25 per day of heating (both pool & spa) to help cover the utilities costs associated.
