What is unique about our condo is we have installed a Queen size Murphy bed with storage. This allows the second BR to be used for a sitting room, office or even exercise area, plenty of room. We installed new tile throughout the condo with 65 inch tv The kitchen and laundry room have 5 year old appliances in great shape. The living room is equipped with 65 inch Samsung TV Reclining Lazy-Boy love seat Reclining Lazy-Boy recliner Leather chair with leather ottoman. The Master Bath has been beautifully remodeled with walking shower. Master BR has a sleep number bed The second full bath has a tub along with shower. The clothes washer and dryer is also located in the bathroom Dining Room has 4 white leather seats with an expandable glass table. The unit comes with a good size storage area outside condo. The Renter is required to pay 1 month security, $110 HOA background check and $300 for access to amenities. Renters are not allowed to use the golf course or clubhouse but all other amenities can be used. The fitness center access is included but renters are not allowed to take classes at fitness vpcenter or main pool.
