I understand many folks don’t have the funds to pay a security deposit and last month’s rent up front. I allow tenants to pay the last month’s rent over a few months to reduce that burden.

There is a workshop with electric and a covered patio. One car garage. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with respectful neighbors. NO REAR NEIGHBORS. There is easy access to Hwy 200 and sits on .36 acre. Washer/dryer available in home for your convenience and any repairs are YOUR responsibility. Tenant pays for all utilities. Prior to move in date: Security deposit $2,100 At Move in: First month's rent or prorated first month AND Last month's rent $2,100. Each pet: deposit $250 refundable and $300 non refundable fee. Tenant agrees to return both the home and property (yard, exterior, etc) in the form in which it was received. Any pet destruction/damage is the tenant's responsibility. Owner pays for lawn maintenance. Well behaved pets are welcome at owner's discretion. Aggressive breeds will NOT be permitted, firm. Refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet. Refundable if there is no damage to the property. Pet fee of $300 per pet, one time, non refundable. All tenants 18 and over must pass and pay for a credit/background check, approximately $45. Renter should have a minimum of 620 credit score, ability to provide proof of employment.
