2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Newer kitchen, flooring, bathroom vanity and AC unit. Full-size washer and dryer hookups. Very good apartment community. We do not rent to people who have pets or people who smoke. Credit score for all adults needs to be at least 600. Income needs to be at least 3x the rental rate. We are looking for people who will be respectful to the property, respectful to the neighbors, pay the rent on time and people who will take care of the apartment. If you are prone to make loud noises, can’t respect the neighbors or property, can’t pay the rent on time or have been evicted in the past please do not apply for the apartment.
