Included in monthly rental payment, the owner pays for water, sewer, trash disposal, pest control, and condo association fees that provide tenant with use of clubhouse and swimming pool. Unit has 1050 square feet heated/cooled living space, 1140 square feet in total to include screened in back patio; storage closet space. Clubhouse and pool security pass requires a $50 deposit returnable at end of lease when tenant returns security pass.
