Her role involved setting up these new rehab departments, allowing her to travel extensively and acquire essential skills in presentation, people and project management, and training. Simultaneously, Wendy started investing in rental properties, sparking her initial interest in real estate. Tired of constant travel, she decided to transition into a career in real estate. After becoming a property manager, Wendy realized her true calling was in becoming a realtor. She obtained her real estate license and dedicated herself to listing and selling homes full-time.
