Landmark has the best tenants (nurses, military personal,retirees, snow-birds, and professionals) and is centrally located near the main working districts of the area. We maintain high standards for tenants, management, and service. How can we do it? We are a financially sound community with long standing owners and management. We also require deposits because we find that prospects that have this financial resource are responsible and generally good neighbors. We don't have a revolving door of short-timing tenants, management, and staff (i.e. "here today gone tomorrow"). That means safety, security and peace of mind for you.
