Dining room has sliders that open to the pool area. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Master Bathroom has a double vanity sink, walk in shower and walk in closet. Guest bedroom 1 comes with a queen bed and a daybed on the opposite side. Daybeds are twin size with one under the other and can convert to a king size bed. Guest bedroom 2 comes with a queen bed as well and walk in closet. Guest bath has tub/shower combo, access door to the pool area. Covered area on the pool deck for sitting out of the sun, then jump in the pool to cool off. Includes Electric (Cap of $100.00) Water, Basic Cable and Internet. No Pets per owner’s direct request due to allergies.
