3/2/2 currently under going renovations. New roof and paint inside and out and out. New kitchen sink and dishwasher. New tile in living room, dining room, kitchen,and bathrooms. New bathroom vanities and bedroom fans. There is a working washer and dryer left by the last tenants, but this is a bonus, if you can use them. If they break, we do not take any liability and will not replace them. The house is not done, but we are taking applications. The home is walking distance to the City Center and Silver Sands middle school. Applications are being accepted. All references will be called and background check will be done. The residence will go to the family we feel will take the best care of the home. We are local, and available. We like to rent an ice home to people and appreciate it returned in the same condition.
