We are a pet friendly community at The Groves! Pets are welcome with a $300.00 pet fee for the first pet and an additional $200.00 pet fee for a second pet. You may bring a total of 2 pets with you to your new home. Monthly pet rent is $20.00 for one pet and $30.00 for two pets. If you are leasing online and you have multiple pets, please contact the leasing office at the end of the leasing process.
