A dog or cat is considered a pet (up to 2 pets are accepted). $300 nonrefundable fee for first pet and $150 nonrefundable fee for 2nd pet**. Animals such as ferrets, snakes, other reptiles, rabbits, and some birds are not allowed on the community’s premises. **Please note: If you have two pets, the fee for the second pet will be manually adjusted at move-in.
