The house is directly across from the beach, just a 2-minute walk! This spacious home features four themed bedrooms and six bathrooms, offering ample space for relaxation. The living area is large and includes free washer and dryer facilities. Enjoy outdoor amenities like a fire pit, putting green, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. The bedrooms include a MIL suite with a queen bed, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. Additional features include outdoor patio furniture, a grill, and a firepit. Affectionately referred to by the locals as a "small town with a big heart," Port St. Joe has plenty to offer anyone looking for a casual escape. Lounge among the dunes on the soft, sandy beaches, snorkel in the Gulf of Mexico, or hop on a boat for a fishing excursion. To prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, inform us immediately upon check-in for restocking.
