This lovely top floor unit overlooks the pool and canal giving you amazing views while sipping your morning coffee. This unit is fully furnished with an updated kitchen (granite countertops,new cabinets and breakfast bar) which includes all the dishes,glasses,pots and pans you’ll need. The unit also includes bed linens and bathroom towels,wash clothes,and bath mats. A generous master bedroom with sliding doors that lead to the lanai is so nice along with a lovely private bathroom. Laundry is a breeze with a stackable washer and dryer inside the unit. Enjoy entertaining and relaxing by the heated pool that overlooks the canals. (Unit NOT available January - April 2025). Rental rate does not include the monthly 12% transient tax.
