Split floorplan for your privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and cable T.V., large walk in closet and the ensuite has a single vanity, soaking tub and a walk-in shower. French doors that open to the courtyard. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds, dresser and cable T.V's. The guest bathroom has a shower only. There is a pool bath ( 1/2 bathroom) connecting the pool and laundry room. Off of the dining room there is a small lanai where you can sit and watch the boats go by on the intersecting canal. The boat dock has plenty of chairs and a fire pit for enjoying your nights by the water. Boat lift is available for your use. If you're a kayaker, bring them with you. There are a few kayak racks in the garage for your use as well. Seasonal rent $6,500 December - April. Off season rent $5,500 May - November. Weekly rent is $2,450. Monthly rentals will have a utility cap of $150 combined electric and water.
