The house at 134 is a vacation rental as is the 2 story house next door at 132. There is a laundry facility set up for maintaining them located downstairs at 134 1/2 that includes 2 washers and 2 dryers that you may use. You must provide your own laundry supplies. There is off street parking for one vehicle. The unit has a mini split for your heat and air. Please be aware that the apartment is located directly above a maintenance garage that is opened weekdays between 7-9am while renovations are continuing to another apartment on the property.
