This delightful three-bedroom, two-bath home in a quiet neighborhood of World Golf Village has beautiful laminate wood floors through out. No carpet! Light neutral décor with high ceilings creates a bright and spacious place to enjoy your next getaway. The full kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, and the eat-in nook along with the separate dining room offers plenty of seats for dining. A separate office or den is perfect for flexcations or for a quiet place to just read and relax. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer leads to a two-car garage. Enjoy the beautiful Florida climate as you visit with family and friends on the large, screened lanai with additional dining space for entertaining. This home offers a split-bedroom set-up with the owner’s suite at the back of the house and the additional two bedrooms at the front. Also, although this house has no stairs, it is not ADA statement. We love animals, but unfortunately, this property does not allow cats. Dogs are limited to 40 lb. maximum. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval please send a message to the host stating the breed, age, and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. The pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on the property. Service animals must be disclosed in advance and are not to be left unattended. On the day of check-in, you will receive lockbox instructions. Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village near the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater, the St. Andrews Place community is right down the road from a couple of award-winning championship courses…The King & Bear and The Slammer & Squire. Long-term guests have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero-entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities. The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants, and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year. To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking, there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away. Available for short and long-term rentals. Only available May 15th-January 15th. 30 day+ rentals will have a $150 cap on the electric allowance. Any overage will be the responsibility of the guest. For a 6-month rental, the tenant must pay all applicable fees, including application and lease preparation. The security deposit is $250 per month for the length of the rental. All rentals less than 6 months are subject to 11.5% bed tax.
