This delightful and spacious four-bedroom, three and a half bath town-house, which includes an efficiency suite over the garage, provides plenty of room for larger families and groups. Owner’s bedroom is downstairs with other bedrooms upstairs. Double sided gas fireplace between dining and living areas provides warmth in the cooler months. Additional loft area has beautiful views to the lake behind the house. The efficiency suite has a separate entrance from the main house and contains a kitchenette with full bath, queen size bed, and sitting area. Scenic and large pavered front patio area has a dining table with additional seating. Double car garage, gated community, and a second pavered patio area off back of house are true bonuses for this tropical delight! Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This property is not ADA compliant. One half of garage and owner's closet inside loft above garage is excluded from tenant's use. We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, submit photos and vaccine records at least 7 days prior to guests’ arrival for HOA approval. For approval please go to . There is a pet fee, which is $150.00 for the first pet and $75.00 for the second pet. Animals must be house trained. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended. On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year. To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
