Amazing neighbourhood with a really cool brewery at the back of the house that has a small beer garden at the back. they do not have big crowds or loud music as their main business is contract brewing. They have small bar at the front of the building that you can walk to. You have parking for two cars and we will even leave the leather couch in the living room if you need it. We don't mind if you have a pet (but only a small one). Kitchen is brand new as of 2021, A/C IS 2020 and the back yard is zeroscaped). Front lawn is maintained once every 2 weeks. Windows are all brand new with matching blinds through out. Each room has a built in closet and we have also added an additional wall unit that can be removed or kept based on choice. New Shiplap ceiling in the dining room with recessed spotlights. Whole house was painted in Summer of '22. We have a local handyman who will manage any issues as they arise (this will be minimal as most of the features are brand new) We are only looking for professional people with income that can be verified. My previous tenants have been with me for 2 years and are now moving to Kentucky. Lease terms are 12 months with first and last and security, security will be based on your rental history/background check etc.
