This is a 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom condo that is located in Sarasota city limits and is not far from downtown Sarasota and Lido Beach. The condo has a private courtyard entrance. Inside the condo is a large open living space with high exposed-beam ceilings. There are 2 glass sliding doors in the living area providing plenty of natural light. The kitchen features granite countertops and a mix of black and stainless steel appliances. There is a hall that leads to two bedrooms at the rear of the unit,each with sliding doors to a fenced in patio. There is also a spare bathroom in the hall with a tub / shower combination. The unit includes a washer /dryer near the dining and kitchen area. Please be aware the dryer has a filter and water cannister that need to be cleared and drained after every wash. Jefferson Club is a tropical garden condo community with a community pool,assigned parking,winding sidewalks,and lush landscaping that leads up to each residence. It is located very close to Downtown,restaurants,shopping,beaches and only a little further to the SRQ Airport. Each unit has one assigned parking space. There is additional guest parking with a maximum allowed 3 vehicles per unit. No commercial or recreational vehicles allowed. HOA allows one small pet with a 25 lbs max weight.
