SENIORS! How about living in your own trailer in a 55 and older Senior Living Community? This apartment is a Trailer home that was refurbished in 2020: New counters, new gas stove, new gas dryer, new gas on-demand hot water heater. The awkward old bath tub was removed and a new shower installed for ease of entering. Unit was originally a 1/1 but has had additions over the years including a family room , a second bedroom, a storage shed and a laundry room. The unit is on a corner lot and has a fenced in back yard for the maximum of 2 pets that are allowed by the community's board. I need to add the recent, 11/24 addition of a new central air unit warrantied for 10 years. Many of the residents in the park are friendly will always smile and greet you and can be seen doing activities at the pool or clubhouse which is centrally located in the park. Many folks drive golf carts around and around dinner time the park roads can be seen as busy with activity. It should be noted the park requires certain rules be observed, which they will give a copy following a BACKGROUND CHECK for everyone residing in the park. The cost is $50 per applicant. The 55 and over rule can be altered if one resident is 55 and the other is between 45 and 55. Animals: The Park will allow 2 dogs medium and smaller if larger will need to clear with the office. Of course, if you walk your dog, you have to clean up after it. Please note; I charge a non-refundable animal deposit of $100. I would prefer year around tenants but, I will consider shorter terms and commonly I do. Rent is $1100 monthly plus a deposit of $900.I pay the lot fee and the garbage. All other utilities are yours.
