The thoughtful design of the space is complemented by a range of amenities meticulously chosen to elevate your experience. The property boasts an amazing heated pool surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, an outdoor fire pit, a BBQ grill, and a game room with a regulation-size pool table and arcade games. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare and enjoy delicious meals at your leisure. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $125. The pool heating fee is $100 per night, and the pool stays heated at 85 degrees. If you would like the pool heated, please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking. Family-friendly amenities include a Pack 'n Play and a high chair. Just a brief 5-minute drive away lies the pristine Archibald Beach Park, the ultimate spot for sun-seekers and beach enthusiasts. When you're not exploring the nearby attractions, the property itself offers plenty of entertainment options. Guests have access to the entire house, except for the locked owner’s closet, via keypad entry. Strict quiet hours are enforced by the city of Seminole from 10 PM to 7 AM, and grounds for termination exist if a noise complaint is received. No parties or events are allowed at this property. To book this listing, you must be over 21 years old. A simple screening process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
