The unit features a king-size bed and 2 bathrooms, an integrated kitchen with everything you need to cook a family meal, and a living room with a queen sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer. The resort offers valet parking, a restaurant, a business center, beach chairs, a fitness area, and everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The resort has the following fees, not included in the price, to be paid upon arrival at the front desk: $30.00 per day valet parking fee and $35.00 plus tax per night resort fee and administrative fee. All fees stop on the 20th day in a 30-day period. New fees will be charged every 30 days. Construction of a nearby residential building has begun, potentially causing some noise during your stay at Marenas Beach Resort in Miami. While it's beyond our control, your comfort remains our priority. This apartment has no daily cleaning as it is not part of the hotel program.
