Pets are welcome at "The Graystone" with a $100 fee per pet, per stay for reservations up to 28 days. For longer stays, the fee is $100 per pet, per month. The hot tub is available for guest use at no additional charge. The home is equipped with central AC, enhanced with additional UV filtration. Valet trash service is available to ensure your stay remains hassle-free. "The Graystone" is situated in the charming Old Seminole Heights neighborhood, right in the heart of Tampa’s urban core. This area is known for its convenient access to major interstates, making it easy to explore the entire city. Guests have full, unrestricted access to "The Graystone" throughout their stay. You'll receive a unique door code prior to check-in, which will be active from your arrival until your departure. This step-free home is designed for ease of access, making it simple for everyone to move throughout the space.
