The condo is equipped with a 43-inch Smart TV in the bedroom and a 68-inch Smart TV in the living room, a full bathroom with a tub/shower, and plenty of luxury bath and face towels. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with two bar stools, a high-top dining table for two, a Keurig coffee-maker with K-cups, a cocktail bar with a cocktail set and mixology book, a whiskey decanter with glasses, and a popcorn maker with popcorn. Enjoy the natural wood patio set for two on the balcony, perfect for watching dolphins swim by. Additional amenities include a bayside heated pool, large sun deck, fishing pier, bonfire pit, ocean-side grills, outdoor fitness area, full-sized beach volleyball court, 24/7 front desk with a guest store offering snacks, quick meals, fresh coffee, wine, and beer, and a business center. Please be aware that due to damage from two category 3 hurricanes, some resort amenities may be unavailable until late 2024 or early 2025, and refunds will not be issued for unavailable amenities. Located in Rocky Point, right on Tampa Bay and close to Downtown Tampa, the neighborhood offers a variety of hotels, small bars, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and brunch spots. Just around the corner is the bridge to St. Petersburg and Clearwater. A 10-15 minute walk will take you to Whiskey Joes, a popular beach bar and restaurant with live music. The area also features a large public beach with ample parking. The guest laundry room, equipped with washers and dryers, is conveniently located on the same floor as the elevator and is a 24-hour coin-operated facility. Some TVs do not have cable but support streaming, so guests can log in with their own accounts. While the property is regularly treated for pests, sightings of cockroaches, ants, and spiders are possible due to the heat, and refunds are not offered for this issue. However, assistance will be provided if pests are spotted. Check-in requires a signed rental agreement and legal ID as per HOA rules, and personal information will be stored in compliance with FCC regulations.
