The deposit is the same as 2 month's rent. WHAT ARE THE MOVE IN COSTS? Application Fees Security Deposit (Same as 2 month’s Rent) Full Month's Rent (Any prorated portion will be due the 1st of the following month) Any pet fees- if applicable approved, applicant(s) have 72 hours to pay the full Security Deposit to hold the property. Failure to pay Security Deposit within the 72 hours, will put the property back on the market. Failure to take possession of the property on your Lease Start Date will make your Security Deposit non-refundable. If approved, there is also a one time Administrative Fee of $125.00 per property.
