All move in fees must be paid in full before you can move in and brought to the office in form of cashiers check or money order only. approved, applicant(s) have 72 hours to pay the full Security Deposit to hold the property. Failure to pay Security Deposit within the 72 hours, will put the property back on the market. Failure to take possession of the property on your Lease Start Date will make your Security Deposit non-refundable. If approved, there is also a one time Administrative Fee of $125.00 per property. WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY? Most of our rentals allow pets. They must be full grown and spayed/neutered. Breed restrictions apply and there is non refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet .
