WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT? The deposit is the same as 1 month's rent. Must be paid to hold the property for up to 3 weeks. WHAT ARE THE MOVE IN COSTS? First month, along with your security deposit and a pet fee if applicable. All move in fees must be paid in full before you can move in and brought to the office in form of cashiers check or money order only. approved, applicant(s) have 72 hours to pay the full Security Deposit to hold the property. Failure to pay Security Deposit within the 72 hours, will put the property back on the market.
