We are Pam and Ron from Maine, and we take pride in our Florida home. We are looking for someone to enjoy our vacation getaway and treat it like their own. This will be perfect for winter snowbirds, those looking for a change, anyone needing to relocate to for a few months. Sunset Beach is a 5 - 10 min bike ride away, and the famous Sponge Docks with award winning Greek cuisine is also close. Tampa Airport is 25 miles away, and Disney World is 90 miles. Tarpon Springs is truly an amazing place, with nearby golf courses, beaches, doggie park, monkey zoo, and the incredible Pinellas Bike Trail! The house comes FULLY furnished with weekly pool service and all yard care included. There are comfortable beds (brand new KING bed in the master bedroom!), a nice dedicated laundry room with newer appliances, workbench, kayaks, beach chairs and bikes to enjoy in the garage (we also keep our vehicle in there). Pets are welcome! Our house is available from April 10, 2025, and itis a 6 month MINIMUM is required, plus we are very flexible beyond that. Electric, utility bill and cable/internet are not included. We are really looking for the right people to love our home and take good care of it like we do!
