A pet less than 35 pounds is authorized with a pet deposit. Internet is included in Rental price. Utilities (electric) are Renter's responsibility. One Year lease only and must be 55+ - no exceptions. We have a local handyman(s) available for any repairs that would be needed - if required. Most furniture in Lainai will be removed as it belongs to owners. The $1200 includes the $550 lot rent currently charged - no need to pay an extra lot fee. Ready for move in April 1st (Not an April Fools joke) lol. If you have a pet, the limit is 35 lbs and cannot be a restricted breed with a $400 non-refundable pet deposit.
