Cameron Crest Neighborhood

Cameron Crest is a neighborhood in Alpharetta, Ga. It is located in the 30022 ZIP code along State Bridge Road near Jones Bridge Road.

Most of the activities in the Cameron Crest area can be found along State Bridge Road, Old Milton Parkway, and Kimball Bridge Road within a 1- to 2-mile radius from where they connect with one another. Shopping in the area includes Publix Supermarket, Kroger Supermarket, Indian Groceries, and mostly small local stores.

For dining, the Cameron Crest area is great. Not only are there many major national chain restaurants, but a lot of local and regional establishments as well. The restaurants represent a wide variety of cultures and flavors, making it a great place for diners. Some of the restaurants in the area include Field Good, Shane’s Rib Shack, Jerusalem Bakery, Arby’s, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, Carmine’s, Luciano’s Italiano Ristorante, Outback Steakhouse, Pampas Steakhouse, and Pasta Vino.

Schools in the area include Chattahoochee High School off of Taylor Road; Taylor Road Middle School, also off of Taylor Road next to the high school; Dolvin Elementary School off of Jones Bridge Road; New Prospect Elementary School off of Kimball Bridge Road; and Bridgeway Christian Academy off of Kimball Bridge Road. These schools provide much of the education to students throughout the area and offer entertainment to residents through the schools’ sports programs.

Located north of Cameron Crest a little over a mile is the Dr. Robert E Fulton Regional Library located off of Fox Court. The library has thousands of books and media that are used by the many area students. The library also provides numerous classes, including basic computer classes and, of course, youth reading programs. Many come to the library for the use of its computers and Internet.
