Riversong Neighborhood

Located northeast of Atlanta, Riversong is a neighborhood within the city of Alpharetta. Just outside the perimeter, Riversong is included in the 30022 ZIP code and is easily accessible by GA 400 off of Holcomb Bridge Road. Surrounding cities include John’s Creek, Duluth, Roswell, and Sandy Springs. While the area has grown significantly over the years, the neighborhood of Riversong remains a quiet residential section. Holcomb Bridge Elementary and Middle Schools are walking distance from the Alpharetta neighborhood.

Riversong is about a 10-minute drive from the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. Residents continue to enjoy easy access to the beauty of nature at one of the area’s many parks, including Holcomb Bridge Park, East Roswell Park, Rivermont Park, and many more. Families with children will love the expansive list of amenities at the 40-acre East Roswell Park; these include a recreation center, two gyms, six lighted ball fields (soccer, baseball), eight tennis courts, picnic areas, a walking trail, and even batting cages. Several dance studios can be found right outside the neighborhood of Riversong. Golf fans will love that Riversong places them within 15 minutes of six area golf courses.

As Riversong is located in the center of a very affluent suburb of Atlanta, residents enjoy an array of shopping options. Three Starbucks are located within a 2-mile radius of Riversong. A short 10-minute drive North in Alpharetta, residents can enjoy one of the largest shopping malls in the country, North Point Mall. The famous Cheesecake Factory is a must-stop for visitors to the mall. Other shops include: Apple Store, American Girl Boutique, Ann Taylor, J. Crew, Belk’s, Dillards, and almost 200 more. Take a break from shopping and enjoy a flick at the AMC theaters at North Point Mall. The nearby John’s Creek also boasts a booming upscale shopping district.
