Seven Oaks Neighborhood

Seven Oaks is a neighborhood in Alpharetta. Family, sun, and fun are what define this 570-acre community in Georgia’s North Fulton County. This traditional neighborhood features tree-lined streets, sidewalks, and a family-friendly atmosphere. It is is only minutes from both U.S. Highway 19 and Interstate 85. Access to Seven Oaks is limited to a single entrance on Seven Oaks Parkway.

Residents do not have to look far to find plenty of recreational distractions. When it comes to children, Seven Oaks has everything from soccer fields to a stocked fish pond to swimming pools, all within the neighborhood. Adult recreation includes tennis courts, fitness trails, and a clubhouse complete with a state-of-the-art fitness room, saunas, and a locker room on the first floor. Meeting accommodations and party space above are available to residents seven days a week.

Neighborhood children enrolled in public school will attend Findley Oaks Elementary, River Trail Middle, or Northview High. These highly rated schools are all within five miles of Seven Oaks. Parents interested in securing a private-school education for their children have several options nearby. The Cresco Montessori School, McGinnis Woods Country Day School, and the Alpharetta International School—which follows a Montessori system—are just a few of the private facilities located close to the community.

Shopping is easy to find when the starting point is the Seven Oaks neighborhood. Several shopping centers, including Johns Creek Towne Center, the Shops at Johns Creek, and North Point Mall, are within a few minutes’ drive.

A unique shopping center, the Avenue, is just a 15-minute drive along Georgia Highway 141. Designed as a neo-traditional marketplace, the Avenue is an open-air, pedestrian-friendly mall with shops and restaurants are housed in a village of separate buildings.
