The Morris Building, site of Renegade Properties’ two newest apartments, is actually a complex of three buildings directly across from University of Georgia’s original campus on Broad Street. Built in the early 1900’s, The Morris has been home to some of Athens most famous restaurants and stores for over a hundred years, and her ground floor restaurants and clubs still exude that ageless charm.
