The apartment is in the backyard of a beautiful turn of the century home (yellow house pictured in front). The property is located one block from the UGA track, one block from the Five Points intersection, and is only a three minute walk from the bus stop on Milledge Ave. Washer and Dryer are provided and water/garbage are included in the price of rent! We would preferably like to rent to a University student as the other tenants in the main house are students. This apartment is available for one tenant only and we do not allow pets.
