To start and complete the application process, we will need a copy of your ID, proof of income (require you bring home 3 times the amount of rent), Rental Reference Verification information (can NOT be a family member or a friend), We check Criminal History and Eviction History. Once the application is approved we use this as our waiting list, once you have been contacted and have viewed the apartment then we take a "Holding Fee" and this will become your "Security Deposit" once you move into the unit.
