The home is single-level, making access effortless, and includes a large walk-in shower in the shared bathroom. High-speed internet and a Ring security system ensure both connectivity and security. Guests enjoy access to curated local favorites with exclusive discounts. Dedicated off-street driveway parking is available on the left of the house. Dogs are allowed with a fee of $250 for the first dog and $100 for the second. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility. An extra $5 per night fee applies for charging electric vehicles using the home's electricity. A hot tub is available for an additional fee of $200.
