It's a short drive to Atlanta's world class restaurants and shopping, and 8 minutes to the Atlanta Airport! Neighborhood has a lot of young families, we have loved it here. The spacious kitchen has all stainless steal appliances.The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and large bathroom with walk-in stone shower. The guest suite has a private full bath. Upstairs there are two other bedrooms (or an office/studio) and a full bath. There is also a den/playroom upstairs as well. We have a HUGE yard that includes access to a side lot and a creek that lines the back of the property. There is an upper deck just off the kitchen and a front porch with ceiling fan. Our driveway is long and can hold about 4 cars. The house is also walking distance to the Fort McPherson MARTA station. There is an outside plug for electric vehicle charging as well. Thermostat and door locks are connected to the wifi Nest mobile application, and it is wired for security alarm if desired. We are currently living in the house but are happy to show it.
