The house is located in the Washington Park neighborhood: a 2-minute bike ride to Beltline and walkable to Mercedes Benz Stadium! Midtown, GA Tech, SCAD, and GSU are 10 minutes away, the Battery is 20 minutes away, and the Glenwood Kroger is only a 10-minute drive as well (the best in the city). The monthly rent is $900, and all utilities, lawn care, house meal, and monthly cleaning is a flat $75. The security deposit is $500, and the move-in fee is $100. This room includes a queen-sized bed, closet, dresser, nightstand, desk, chair, curtains, 50-inch smart TV, and shares a private bathroom with one other person.
