About 8-9 miles is the entrance to Fort Eisenhower (formally Fort Gordon), Gate 1. A little over 12 miles and you will find yourself at Augusta National's North Gate. The home is a very short drive to Gordon Highway and Bobby Jones (I-520) and is off of Peach Orchard Road. The tenant is responsible for all utilities, but regular trash and recycling pick up are included in the rent. *** NO HOUSING VOUCHERS ARE BEING ACCEPTED FOR THIS HOME. *** RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION: RENT is $1,095.00 per month. The SECURITY DEPOSIT is generally $1,095.00 with an approved application(s) and credit score of 620 or higher. If approved with lower credit score, at least a double deposit will be required ($2,190.00+).
