As you enter the condo, you'll find an open-concept living room with two sleeper sofas, comfy chairs, and a large Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day or spending time together playing games. The dining room and kitchen are just off the living room, featuring a stove, microwave, and full-size fridge. The home includes three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. An additional sleeping space with two double beds is available in a shared part of the home with no door. There are also two bathrooms with a tub. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Outdoor spaces and parking are shared with guests of other units. This condo is situated in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. However, there is no public transportation in the area, so driving or using cab/Uber is necessary for getting around. There are a couple of stairs to get into the home and a few stairs to get down to the living room. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. If you are not comfortable with stairs, this might not be the best choice for your stay. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and guests will have full and private access to the home. Laundry space is shared between all units. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
