As you step inside, you are welcomed by an expansive, open-concept living area, seamlessly blending contemporary style with homely comfort. At its heart, a plush sleeper sofa and cozy chairs invite you to sink in, unwind, or engage in laughter-filled game nights. Anchoring this space, a large Smart TV stands ready to cater to your entertainment needs, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxing evenings after your adventurous day out. Beyond the living area, the dining room beckons, a harmonious extension of the living room that sets the scene for memorable meals, whether it's a quick breakfast or a leisurely dinner. Adjacent to this, the kitchenette twinkles with the promise of home-cooked meals. Fully equipped with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator, it’s a budding chef’s delight and ideal for those who prefer the comforts of homemade cuisine. The cottage is comprised of two tranquil bedrooms, each housing queen-size beds swathed in luxurious linens, ensuring your nights are as restful as your days are exciting. The shared bathroom, featuring a tub, is a serene retreat where you can refresh and rejuvenate before setting off to explore the locale or retire for the evening. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The laundry space is shared between all units. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber. The house has a digital combo lock pad. You will receive the code upon check-in, allowing for contact-free check-in. Guests will have full and private access to the home, while outdoor spaces and parking are shared with guests of other units. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, but we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay.
