If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. However, there is no public transit in the neighborhood, so driving or taking a cab is necessary. Guests will access the house through an electronic lock with a personalized code provided upon check-in.
