The cottage features a king-size bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in another, and a semi-private space with a double bed, separated by a curtain for privacy. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard, and additional cleaning costs will be charged if necessary. Situated in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, this cottage offers a peaceful retreat. While there is no public transportation in the neighborhood, driving or using a cab or Uber is recommended for getting around. The house features a digital combo lock pad, and you'll receive the code upon check-in. The driveway parking and backyard are shared with the guesthouse in the back. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
