Relax on the back patio or take a dip in the calming swimming pool, your sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. The house features a digital keypad at the front door for easy access, providing you with full and private access to the home. Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once inside, you will be greeted by a spacious and well-lit living room. Off the living room is a dining area, kitchen, and laundry area. The kitchen has an access door going to the backyard and the carport. Walkthrough on the left of the kitchen, you will see the master bedroom with a full bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has an access door going to the backyard. Three other bedrooms and a bathroom can be seen when you walk in the hallway from the main entrance found on the left side. There is an outdoor pool, a covered patio with a table and chairs, and a BBQ grill for your use. A half bathroom can be found near the pool area. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This house is located in a residential area near major highways, shopping centers, and leisure parks. It is only a few minutes away from Northside Medical Center, Columbus Botanical Garden, Heath Park, dining options, and more. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The pool is open until October 1st and is not heated. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, which will not disrupt your stay. Access to the yard/pool area is needed on service day.
