The bedroom, located at the back, offers a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, a closet, hangars, an ironing board, and an iron. The bathroom has been repainted and updated. Each side of the duplex is completely separated and fully equipped, ensuring privacy for all guests. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee, but must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, or waste found in the yard or home.
